Field workers of day care service companies are required to visit clients according to a set schedule and provide care for patients and impaired persons at their homes. Patrol systems  recording activities of field workers are used to prevent disputes over completed tasks. At clients’ home the field workers identify themselves by using their electronic sensor KOSguard Mini at the marked identification points which subsequently forward details of their work for evaluation by their manager or the head office in regular intervals. During the evaluation process the set tasks are compared to the executed tasks automatically.  This report can be used for pay calculation based on the completed work and/or for service charges submitted to health insurance companies.
